I wanted to take a moment and write you to send a special "Thank You" to both you and your staff for a very delicious dinner this past Friday evening. Harvest Moon always does such a fantastic job with both the food and service and I am so appreciative of you all. Planning an event can be so stressful but you all "always" take the stress out of it. Everything was just perfect
Also, a special thank you for all the extra work that you all had to do due to lack of power. Let's hope that we don't get anymore storms like those again for awhile. I am looking forward to working with you all again next year. Take care and again "Thank You" for a spectacular evening.

I personally wanted to take this opportunity to inform you on how professional your staff and how delicious the food was at the MS Bike Event this past Saturday Evening and Sunday Morning.
I was the designated MS Employee to oversee the food tent for over 500 participants at the MS Bike Event. With volunteers beside me and your excellent and friendly staff my job ran smooth. We had many compliments on the foods presentation, the taste and the courteous service you all presented. Chad Ervin, Head Chef, was “Excellent” in customer service, along with professionalism he displayed towards our participants. We had a very successful fundraising event. I am sure you will be receiving additional thank you’s and compliments, however, I, personally being assigned to the food tent and being their the entire time while the food was being served, noticed and heard it all. Yes, It was a beautiful day! We could not have been more fortunate with all the lucky coincidences ... clear skies, full moon, fireworks in the distance. Many of our guests even asked us if we rented the peacocks--too funny!
The food was delicious! Everyone was raving about the beef brisket in particular:) All the staff was wonderful and we really felt like things were under control the whole night. I don't think that we could have put it all together if not for Carrie's help. She personally went above and beyond what I expected from a catering service. Her availability and advice was so appreciated and right on. THANKS CARRIE!
We will highly recommend Harvest Moon for any future events.

specifically to the staff assigned for our wedding reception. Barbara
was receptive and attentive throughout the planning process and I
really enjoyed her personable and organized nature. The staff who
worked our reception were courteous, thoughtful, conscientious and
careful. Everything was fluid and seamless, and the presentation of
the food was stunning. The food itself was so incredibly delicious,

Dear Carrie,
We just wanted to thank you and your chef for a truly lovely luncheon yesterday. The food was delicious and plentiful. It was beautifully presented on the platters and stands. The rosemary lemonade was a hit with all, and those tiny tarts were crowd pleasers. The green disposables were very convenient.
The weather cooperated and Mary Jo's garden was a delightful setting. Docents and members of the UVa Art Museum were impressed, and we are sure that the Museum will choose Harvest Moon for future events.

Andy and I wanted to thank you (and all of the wonderful people at Harvest Moon catering) for helping us pull off a spectacular Saturday night reception! The food was absolutely delicious and
the presentation was beautiful. One of Andy's good friends (and groomsmen) is a true foodie and said that "hands down, this is the best wedding reception food I've ever had!" (if you knew him, you'd understand what incredibly high praise this is!). We gobbled up the food in the basket when we got back to the room--we were both so glad to have a moment to eat! (By the way, please let my mom know if you need the black basket and the two forks back).
I also understand that you were thrown a few curveballs because of the rain (and had to break down the bar at the last minute)--I'm sorry about all of this but it looked like it went off without a hitch (at least from our perspective) and I think all of our guests still had a wonderfull time!

Just wanted to tell you what an awesome time we had this past weekend, in great part because of your fabulous food and excellent service. We had rave reviews all around from our guests. And Will and I finally got to sample all of the reception food the next day thanks to the picnic basket that Matt put together. Really great. I'm not a foodie but wow, really good. (Please pass this on to Gus as well, I do not have his email address.)
Also, for your consideration, I'm attaching the website of the place where I bought the compostables - www.biodegradablestore.com. They do sell in industrial quantities that might make this an affordable option for future clients.
Anyway, we await the final bill(s), but by all means, take your time .... :)
