Peter and Claire’s fall inspired wedding was absolutely stunning. Each farm table was dressed with a boards of warm homemade biscuits, green tomato chutney, smoked pimento cheese and apple butter. It also included a gorgeous salad of roasted beet, chevre and hazelnut. The guests enjoyed a lovely duet plated dinner of bistro steak with mushroom demi, maple glazed salmon, green beans with crispy shallots and AM fog wild mushroom risotto. They finished the meal with a lovely plate of chocolate covered strawberries. We had a fabulous group of vendors that helped make the day absolutely perfect!
