Castle Hill Cider

This early summer wedding was not one to disappoint. Guests enjoyed blackberry brie, chicken and waffle skewers with maple mustard glaze and watermelon, tomato and feta salad. Dinner included seared trout on a bed of summer succotash, pepper crusted NY strip with vidalia onion emulsion, whole roasted carrots, and Woodson mill grits with AM fog mushrooms and country ham – a lovely menu with a southern twist. We couldn’t have asked for a better team in Amore Events to make this wedding a success.
