We just love working with the Amore Events team! They combine a unique look on the day and encourage us to have fun with the menu. With a ice sculpture filled with fresh shucked oysters, shrimp, and crab claws, starting off the cocktail hour this early summer wedding was not one to disappoint. Guests enjoyed passed appetizers that included blackberry brie and basil crostini with balsamic gelee and a fun chicken and waffle skewer with maple mustard glaze to add a southern spin. With a watermelon, tomato and feta salad as a plated first course, and a stationed dinner that included seared trout on a bed of summer succotash, pepper crusted NY strip with vidalia onion emulsion, whole roasted carrots, and Woodson mill grits with AM fog mushrooms and country ham this was the perfect menu for a warm summer day at Castle Hill Cider. We couldn’t have asked for a better team to make this wedding a success.
