Ellen and Joe’s Wedding was such a unique event! Guests enjoyed a stationed dinner with fall inspired food. We especially loved the salad of mixed greens, grilled butternut squash, roasted poblano, toasted pepitas, manchego and chili cumin dressing. This paired wonderfully with the butternut squash soup shooter and apple and Irish cheddar grilled cheese! Guests enjoyed listening to dueling pianos by Cutting Edge throughout the evening and finished the night off with Sweet Haus’ dessert truck stocked full of mini cupcakes!
