Ellen and Joe’s wedding was a very special event! Guests enjoyed a stationed dinner with fall inspired food. We particularly loved the salad of mixed greens, grilled butternut squash, roasted poblano, toasted pepitas, manchego and chili cumin dressing. This paired wonderfully with the butternut squash soup shooter and apple and Irish cheddar grilled cheese. Dueling pianos by Cutting Edge played throughout the evening, and the night ended with Sweet Haus’ dessert truck stocked full of mini cupcakes!
