New Wedding Dining Trends

 

Our clients are constantly looking for new ways to excite their guests palates and engage their senses. While tradition still has its place in planning a wedding menu, some want to really shake up the presentation of food and beverage and we absolutely love it. Adding in unique side stations like an oyster bar or muddled/specialty cocktails or bringing in a family recipe or childhood dish are just a few of the ideas we have worked with.
